By requesting a reading/session and/or scheduling an appointment with Nichole Bigley, you understand, and you agree that Nichole Bigley is not a medical professional, attorney, accountant or other licensed professional, and cannot give medical, legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Any information or advice given by Nichole Bigley is not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, tax, financial or professional advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields. Readings by Nichole Bigley are intended to offer insight into your personal life and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Nichole Bigley and A Psychic’s Story, LLC will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website, A Psychic’s Story podcast, emailed information, or as a result of any reading/session or appointment with Nichole Bigley, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise. Also, please note: Any reference to the word “healer” is used in the spiritual sense as a shortened version of “energy healer” or “intuitive healer” and does NOT mean a medical professional.

THE PSYCHIC CLUB (MEMBERSHIP)
By registering for the Psychic Club you acknowledge and agree that you understand (1.) Individual one-on-one readings/sessions, private mentorship or certifications are not included in the membership. (2.) By participating in the membership, you agree that all work by Nichole is for your spiritual growth and you agree to work with a therapist should any emotional or mental health matters arise in your life, and a professional for any medical, legal, tax, financial or professional advice you need. (3.) In the Psychic Club membership, you are not permitted to bring through messages for anyone other than yourself. If you do so against the advisement of this program, you do so at your own personal risk and liability, and neither Nichole Bigley nor A Psychic’s Story, LLC will be held responsible. (4.) You agree that all videos, materials, LIVE's, writings are copyrighted to Nichole Bigley and A Psychic’s Story, LLC, and you will not reproduce anything in whole or in part. (5.) You agree that when you’re ready to, you will cancel your own account. The Psychic Club membership is run on a third party platform, and you cannot email in to have us cancel it for you. If you need help, you can contact contact@apsychicsstory.com and someone will walk you through it. (6.) Technology glitches from time to time, when you cancel your account, you must ensure that you are not charged again by checking your credit card statement. You cannot come to A Psychic’s Story, LLC and say your card was charged for months or years without you realizing it. Your payments are used to fund free offerings and activities as well as the podcast that reaches millions each year. It is your responsibility to ensure your card is not charged again after you cancel. (7.) All purchases are final and non-refundable.

READING/SESSION POLICIES
All readings/sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. Those participating within the appointment must be 18 years or older, unless requested by a parent. You are responsible for the time and date of your reading/session. Please note that our system will offer you Nichole’s availability based upon Eastern Time (ET) zone. All readings/sessions are via phone for those based in the United States and or Zoom (audio only) for those based internationally. You are welcome to record your reading/session for your personal use only. We do not record readings/sessions for you. All recordings are property of A Psychic’s Story, LLC and are not for public use in any way. If you are late for the appointment Nichole will do her best to honor your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to her schedule. If you feel the reading/session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to know this within the first 15 minutes of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time Nichole Bigley / A Psychic’s Story, LLC cannot offer a refund at a later time. A Psychic’s Story, LLC follows a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy. All sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours advance notice with written documentation of an emergency. 

EVENT POLICIES
All Nichole Bigley / A Psychic’s Story, LLC events are intended for an adult audience. All audience members must be 18 years or older. People aged 15-18 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. We suggest this because of the deep emotional work or subjects that may be covered which are not intended for a younger audience. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

SITE POLICIES
Information provided on this website, blog, podcasts or blast emails should not be used as a substitute for medical advice; always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of the information provided within this website, blog, podcasts or blast emails is at the client’s discretion and risk. Neither Nichole Bigley or her company, A Psychic’s Story, LLC, can be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice or for any material suggested within this website, blog or on third party websites.

PRIVACY
A Psychic’s Story, LLC does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy below for more information.

DELIVERY
Digital Goods will be delivered within 48 business hours via electronic download. Physical Goods (if applicable) will be shipped within 72 hours (business days) of confirming inventory availability via shipping service.

REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS
If you have a customer service matter that needs to be discussed, please email contact@apsychicsstory.com. All purchases are final. All purchases are non-refundable.

A Psychic’s Story, LLC currently uses Squarespace, Flodesk, PayPal, Stripe, and Patreon to hold your contact information. These services have a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

A Psychic’s Story, LLC does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.
