Barrett and I decided to give this meditation to you a week early. Enjoy!

This is a full 12-minute meditation for releasing blocked emotions also known as a feeling meditation or a feeling centered meditation. It is the first meditation in the Meditation Series on A Psychic's Story. Use it daily until the next meditation becomes available.

It is preferred for you to be seated or laying down and in a place where you can close your eyes and be free from all distractions. Do not play or use this meditation while operating machinery or completing responsibilities where you need to focus.
