Purpose and Disclaimer: The Psychic Club and all related products and services are for entertainment purposes only. The content is intended to provide spiritual information and motivation, not psychological, medical, legal, or any other professional advice. Nichole Bigley, her company, her team, and associated parties assume no liability for physical, emotional, financial, or spiritual outcomes related to participation.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Membership fees are billed either monthly or annually and will automatically renew until you cancel your membership. You are responsible for canceling your membership directly through your account. Please ensure your cancellation is completed by verifying that your account is no longer active, and charges no longer appear on your credit card statements. If you require assistance with canceling your membership, you may email contact@apsychicsstory.com for guidance. However, the final responsibility for canceling your account remains with you. If your membership is not canceled, charges will continue, and no refunds will be provided, regardless of the duration.

Access and Services: Membership operates like a gym membership – access is granted while payments are current. Cancellation revokes access to all materials, events, and content. Past content is not retained upon rejoining the membership.
Billing Details: Membership fees may appear on credit card statements as A Psychic’s Story, LLC. Charges are made on the 1st of each month, regardless of sign-up date.
Disputed Charges and Collections: By enrolling in The Psychic Club, you agree that all charges are final and non-refundable. If you dispute charges without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account may be sent to collections, and you will be responsible for any associated fees, including legal and administrative costs. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in the loss of access to the membership and its content. Please note that charges may appear under the company name A Psychic’s Story, LLC. For any billing concerns, please email contact@apsychicsstory.com to resolve the matter in good faith.
Excluded Services: The Psychic Club membership does not include 1:1 readings, private mentorship or certifications. Your membership includes what’s listed in your membership benefits section above.

By participating in The Psychic Club, you agree to waive your right to initiate any legal action or claims against A Psychic’s Story, LLC, Nichole Bigley, or any associated parties for any reason related to your participation in the membership, including but not limited to the content, services, or experiences provided.
If legal action becomes necessary for any reason, you agree that:
You will be solely responsible for all resulting legal fees, including attorney fees and court costs, incurred by A Psychic’s Story, LLC.
Any legal proceedings will be governed by and held exclusively in the state of Ohio and in accordance with Ohio law.
This agreement serves as a binding legal contract upon enrollment in the Psychic Club membership.
